At USB Holic we honor all warranty agreements on our products and will replace them if they pass all requirements for warranty. There is a 12-month warranty policy on all our flash memory accessories.
Damage from shipping: if you receive your package and notice it is damaged after examination, reject such an order and contact us at USB Holic immediately to deal with this problem.
Accepted products damaged from shipping: if you already accepted the damaged package before examining it, you should contact USB Holic within 14 days of receiving the package. Do not discard any of the materials that came with the package for this will be useful in solving the problem.
Return of damaged products: USB Holic will give instructions on return of the package. After we receive the package back and examine to confirm that the goods were damaged during shipping. You have the option to ask for your money back or ask for a new product to be sent to you to replace the bad order. Return and reshipping costs will be completely taken care of by USB Holic.
Defect from USB Holic: according to our 12-month warranty policy, all items with factory defects should be reported within 14 days of receiving.
Return of defective products: after the product has been returned we will examine it at USB Holic to confirm the product(s) has a defect from the factory. All returned products under this category have to be unused and still in original packaging. You have the option to choose to receive money back or have the order resent to you. Return and reshipping costs will be completely taken care of by USB Holic.
Returns must be made with Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) attached. This helps us figure out how and when the goods were sent out as well as the reason for return.
